Blue Horizon Health Check™ at Harley Street Health Checks UK
Available as a mobile service only for groups of sixteen people or more, the Blue Horizon Health Check gives results through a personal fifteen page health report which is printed and available on the same day.
Each appointment will last for thirty minutes, and includes but is not limited to cholesterol testing, a diabetes screen, a blood pressure assessment, heart attack risk assessment, full urinalysis, a stress and depression screen, BMI score, lifestyle and nutritional assessments, waist risk assessments, flexibility testing, anaemia blood testing, and a heartscan ECG to check for abnormal wave patterns.
Individual time with a screening nurse.
Each participant will have 30 minutes with a screening nurse
Fifteen page health check report.
Each participant will recieve a personal health report.
